Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has raised the alarm over a possible plan to rig out Makueni senate candidate Mutula Kilonzo Junior, in Friday's by-elections. 
This was his Facebook post yesterday.

I have discovered allegations of plans to rig out Mutula Kilonzo Jr, regardless of how big the margin he wins with. I am calling upon all Professionals who believe in democracy to VOLUNTEER as Mutula's Wiper agents for Friday's poll. Training tomorrow.
